With any hiccups Jasmin was there on the day to help and Henny was always a call away should anything go wrong. There were a few hiccups with our venue and some vendors- although outside of our control, the wedding mood team did everything to help make the day go as smooth as possible. Ipong on the team was also a such a big help on the day. The wedding mood really do deliver with a kind, gracious and professional team. I wouldn’t entrust any other team in Bali with your event!”

Olivia: Henny und Jasmin haben uns eine absolute Traumhochzeit organisiert!! Wir hätten es uns nicht schöner vorstellen können! Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur tatsächlichen Hochzeit waren es über drei Jahre, da wir wegen Corona leider verschieben mussten. Die beiden haben uns sehr gut und ehrlich beraten. Das war auch sehr wichtig, da wir auf Grund von Corona keine Site-Inspection oder Food-tasting machen konnten. Wir mussten uns zu 100% auf ihre Empfehlungen verlassen und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Die beiden sind super flexibel auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen. Die Kommunikation lief prima via Email & Skype. Ich kann TheWeddingMood zu 100% weiterempfehlen!”

On the day of, Jasmin kept everything running smoothly and on schedule, all while ensuring that my partner and I were able to relax and enjoy every moment of our day. No wedding day is perfect but ours was pretty close. There was a moment of panic when our wedding party saw that our cake had arrived damaged. However, thanks to Jasmin, the issue was resolved discreetly and efficiently, sparing us any unnecessary stress or worry. In fact, we didn't even realize there had been a problem until after our wedding!
Our wedding was truly a dream, and if we could offer any advice to those planning a Bali wedding, it would be to hire a planner like The Wedding Mood.”

Hello dear Henny!
EVERYTHING worked so well including the communication & everything was more than perfect, from the table decoration to the bar (the cocktails were mega!!), to the food presentation and especially the taste (everything was cooked on point from appetizer to dessert!!), the band was unbelievably good, the DJ hit our taste to the point, Kadek + DIKTAT were both there and were just so sweet, Leura Film and their videography were also mega mega mega amazing!!! I think they had as much fun as we did & even though we only had so few people, the guests enjoyed every second and the atmosphere was just great!
So just how smoothly the whole process was, Henny!!! Not to mention the punctuality of the service providers!!! Everything went really like clockwork and the weather was as if we had ordered it - not a cloud in the sky, beautiful sunset and no rain, as all the days before.
